Order Cancellation

Once an order is successfully placed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
We begin processing orders immediately to ensure quick dispatch and product freshness.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for any orders, including:

• Change of mind after placing the order

• Incorrect product selection by the customer

• Delay caused by courier partners

• Refusal to accept the delivery

• Personal dislike of fragrance, texture, or results

Damaged or Defective Products

In case the product is received damaged, broken, or leaked during transit, we offer a replacement of the same product only.

To request a replacement:

• Inform us within 24 hours of delivery

• Share clear photos/videos of the product and outer packaging

After verification, we will arrange a replacement shipment.
